This policy explains how subscriptions, in-app purchases, billing, and refunds work for the applications and services provided by [Company Legal Name] ("Appory", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & purchases

We may offer paid subscriptions (for example monthly or annual plans) and one-time in-app purchases. The features, duration, and price of each plan are shown at the point of purchase inside the relevant app or store listing before you confirm.

2. Billing & auto-renewal

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and billed by those stores, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least [24 hours] before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged on renewal. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Free trials

If a plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.

4. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Where required, the store or we will notify you in advance, and price changes apply from your next billing period. If you do not accept a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. How to cancel

Because billing is handled by the app stores, you manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account:

  • Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscription settings.
  • Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

As purchases are processed by the app stores, refund requests are generally handled by them under their policies:

  • Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: request a refund through your Play Store order history or Google's refund form.

If you bought directly from us (where offered), contact info@appory.app and we will handle your request in line with this policy and applicable law.

7. EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services, this right may end once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, as permitted by law. Where the right applies, contact us to exercise it.

8. Turkish consumer law

If you are a consumer in Turkey, your purchase is subject to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Certain digital content and services supplied immediately with your consent may be exempt from the standard withdrawal right. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
